This was a new custom home build – 2000sq ft bungalow. As for scope of work – DMD strapped and sided the entire exterior of the home and completed all soffit, fascia, eaves and flashing.
What can we say – if we could give a 10 star rating we would. Let me first say we are not new to building and finishing homes as we build a number of them. This happened to be our first non-masonry exterior and we did not have any solid contacts so we vetted a number of companies and DMD (Tyler) was the most open with pricing (including breakdowns of different products and labour) and quick with communication and answering our questions BEFORE we gave them the job. And they were just as solid on the jobsite during the entire process.
Tyler and Kevin went above and beyond to give us what we wanted for a competitive price, and their attention to details, even the little things, blew us away. The fit and finish, clean transitions, centering of critical siding transitions and joints – and don’t even get me started on the quality of flashing bends and caulking...amazing! Needless to say, DMD is now our go-to for exterior finishes! Thanks again Tyler & Kevin!
