He carried a calm demeanour and was great at walking through what I was looking for. He delivered an amazing high pressure massage which I requested. She studied and worked on my hair dry first, then washed and styled and corrected some more. I couldn't be happier with the results! Also, the salon has a relaxing ambience -- the music wasn't too loud for example. I highly recommend Dawn!“
