Great service and love my nails. I got the shellac manicure and pedicure before a vacation. The nails did start to chip after a few days, but I’m not the most delicate with my hands and it was my index finger primarily, so totally understandable.Booking an appointment online was confusing because it wasn’t clear how to add on the shellac service to a manicure/pedicure - it seemed like you could only book one service at a time. I ended up booking something online, then calling in the same day to cancel and reschedule the correct services. Kevin is so detail-oriented and did one of my favourite sets I’ve had! The staff are patient and kind, building is clean, and they offer a complimentary hand massage at the end. Thanks again Kevin!

My mum and I have been getting our nails done at Lilac Nails for the past 2 years, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Kevin. Kevin is so kind and gentle with my mother given that she has severe osteoarthritis in her hands, and his work is always excellent.I've recently started to see Mimi, and she has also done a fantastic job on my nails. My nails always last 3-4 weeks before I have to come in to get them re-done, and I have yet to get a crack/break in them!
