“Marcel came over one afternoon to do an inspection of our payne furnace that he installed almost 20 years ago. It was recommended we upgrade to a dual-stage furnace instead of fix up an old single-stage furnace that needed a heat exchanger and new fan motor. We highly recommend as his pricing was reasonable, and he showed up the next day at 830am for the install. Following the install he cleaned it all up, vacuumed and even went above and beyond and showed us tricks to save money with our HRV and furnace. Marcel was punctual and extremely professional. His quality of work was next to none.“

“AC quit late into the evening on a very hot stretch. Called their 24hr line and someone answered! Walked me through some basic things to check which I really appreciated. Next day appointment for the afternoon :-( to come take a look. Lucked out and tech came hours earlier :-). Long story short, he checked everything and opened up the AC to find an issue with a contact. Little maintenance went a long way to getting us back up and running. With the age of my unit they easily could of steered me to a full replacement unit. But they didn't, just a little knowledge and realistic expectations and we were off. Can't thank this company enough for the customer service, knowledge and experienced technician. Instead of thousands, it only cost us a very reasonable service call fee which we were very happy to pay. We won't call anyone else for HVAC issues moving forward. Thank you!!!“
