Darren was actually early which is perfect because its my day off. He was very polite, did the job well and left no mess. Since it was a water heater replacement there was no charge. I am hsppy with the service.

From start to finish, my experience with Reliance Sudbury Ontario has been absolutely amazing. From the initial contact with Gary the technician who was able to identify the issue, to Craig who came to our home and discussed all the options and assisted us in deciding on moving forward with a new air conditioner and furnace, to Josh and Aaron the installers who were professional, kind and patient and finally to Brian the manager whom just added that special touch I am extremely grateful. Strongly recommend.
