Our AC was outdated and needed to be replaced. Kore HVAC came in and provided us with a few different options, which we really appreciated. The team was great to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They were very accommodating with the installation date and got us booked in right away to beat the heat. During the installation, they put down drop cloths to protect the carpet while they worked and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend!
Just used Kore for the first. They have excellent customer service and their prices are really unbeatable. They aren't there to gouge like so many other Sudbury companies try to do. Thank you for the quick and honest service, I'll be sure to share your info with my property management.
AC quit late into the evening on a very hot stretch. Called their 24hr line and someone answered! Walked me through some basic things to check which I really appreciated. Next day appointment for the afternoon :-( to come take a look. Lucked out and tech came hours earlier :-). Long story short, he checked everything and opened up the AC to find an issue with a contact. Little maintenance went a long way to getting us back up and running. With the age of my unit they easily could of steered me to a full replacement unit. But they didn't, just a little knowledge and realistic expectations and we were off.
