Just used Kore for the first. They have excellent customer service and their prices are really unbeatable. They aren't there to gouge like so many other Sudbury companies try to do. Thank you for the quick and honest service, I'll be sure to share your info with my property management.
AC quit late into the evening on a very hot stretch. Called their 24hr line and someone answered! Walked me through some basic things to check which I really appreciated. Next day appointment for the afternoon :-( to come take a look. Lucked out and tech came hours earlier :-). Long story short, he checked everything and opened up the AC to find an issue with a contact. Little maintenance went a long way to getting us back up and running. With the age of my unit they easily could of steered me to a full replacement unit. But they didn't, just a little knowledge and realistic expectations and we were off. I've been very happy with the service provided by Kore. They installed an ASHP and hybrid hot water tank for me back in October. From the point at which I received my quote to the completion of work, they were courteous, answered all my questions, and left my utility room in top shape. I will be calling Kore for any additional service needs and am recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
