This was hands down the best service I have ever received.
A storm left my family and I without power and with it being on a weekend, I had no idea who to call or what to do.
After hours of stress filled calls to other Electricians, I was recommended Terry Shortt Elecrical and gave them a call on a whim expecting them to be closed. The woman who answered (I cannot remember her name, I'm sorry!) was incredibly personable and reassuring.
Within minutes I had been called back by Dan who went so far above and beyond what he needed to do to help, including stopping by in the middle of the night same day, to bring a generator so we could have some power.

Got an electrician immediately for us to stop by on way to a job site. He was in within 10 mins, resolved issue within 30 minutes and provided detailed explanation of the cause and resolution. I highly recommend!
I have been meaning to say what a good experience we had with this company several months ago. I called about a bad electrical outlet and Glynn came I think the next day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. We are very lucky we didn't have a fire as it showed signs of burning. This older house has been badly wired by an amateur. Not our first problem. Get a professional!
