“We had a bad neutral issue underground at our house. They routed a new cable above ground and reconnected everything quickly and efficiently. They were well organized and interfaced with ESSA and HydroOne so well that it all just flowed. Very impressed!”
“This was hands down the best service I have ever received.
A storm left my family and I without power and with it being on a weekend, I had no idea who to call or what to do.
After hours of stress filled calls to other Electricians, I was recommended Terry Shortt Elecrical and gave them a call on a whim expecting them to be closed. The woman who answered (I cannot remember her name, I'm sorry!) was incredibly personable and reassuring.
Within minutes I had been called back by Dan who went so far above and beyond what he needed to do to help, including stopping by in the middle of the night same day, to bring a generator so we could have some power.
On top of being some of the most genuinely kind and helpful people I've ever met, him and Josh were able to start and complete the repair the next morning.
Absolutely phenomenal work guys, and thank you both again so much for how quickly you helped.”
