What an amazing Experience from beginning to end! Colin and his team of experts have you covered. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable Colin was able to help us when the heat exchanger on our unit died. Colin and his team made sure that my partner and I were comfortable and offered to drop off plug in heaters if we needed them. They made me feel like I was dealing with a family member or friend from the first call I had with Colin all the way to the inspection and install. They have you covered.This is a long story the short of it a company I have dealt with for 15 years wanted to charge me $600 for service that is covered under warranty, Croziers charged me nothing and answers the phone happily after hours.I am a long time customer of a big furnace and fuel provider. Over the weekend my furnace broke down and my normal company had a pointless call center for after hours calls. At 4pm on the Saturday I called croziers as their name was written on my furnace.
