We had our new water heater installed this morning by Andrew and Filli. They arrived promptly at the appointed time, and were very friendly and efficient.They answered all our questions and gave us the feeling we were finally dealing with professionals!I highly recommend this Company ( Dow Climate Care), and their great employees ( we also had a new furnace installed and those employees were equally efficient and professional. We like their service efficiency as well.

My experience with Dows Climate Care: EXCELLENT and highly recommended as a honest reputable high quality service provider !!Why : sales rep Shawn provided a detailed evaluation of my current heating system and carefully listened to my request to upgrade to a perfectly sized heat pump & on demand propane system. Both Rob (owner) and Shawn made an onsite visit prior to the detailed work commencing.Qualified and certified Tyler took the lead when work commenced and guided his helpers(apprentices) expertly to bring this complicated technical installation full circle in a timely manner. We just had our gas furnace replaced. The new furnace was installed within a few days by the team of Bud, Dan & Kaelan. We appreciated their professionalism and the fact the work area was left clean & tidy. Kaelan explained the different aspects of the furnace and answered any questions we had. We would definitely recommend the Dow Climate Care team
