York was one of three companies we approached about building a deck on the roof. Mason responded very quickly and met with us to review the job. He provided us with a very reasonable quote and we agreed to wait until the spring to complete the work. Mason's crew were respectful and produced a good-looking deck in two days that has added substantially to the value of our home. We would not hesitate to hire York again. It is clear that Mason knows what he is doing and that he cares about his customers. It was a positive experience working with him.

Mason has recently installed custom cabinets and new ceiling lighting in our basement, giving the basement much more storage and a bright new look. Mason has previously done several other projects for us, including replacing our backyard fence, replacing and extending the backyard deck and overhang, and adding bedroom closets. He always provides clear plans, charges very reasonable prices, and completes the job with great attention to detail -- sometimes making very creative adjustments as needed.

I will use York Renovations forever! This was my second project working with them. Great service, they work fast but not too fast, they are very collaborative and transparent, communication is clear and frequent. I honestly feel so much less stressed about these projects because Mason is managing them. High recommend!
