I could not have been more satisfied with my service at Xwireless this week. Their team was friendly, expertly answered all my questions, and gave me market competitive pricing for a phone I traded in. I also brought them a broken device, which they fixed within 24-hours.

I was a little skeptical at first about getting tmr installed on my ps5 controllers but the guy was incredibly nice and really put me at ease. He explained exactly what he was gonna do with the TMR sticks, warned me about parking, and even recommended some spots to check out while I waited. Dropped off two PS5 controllers and he said it’d be about two hours but called me back in just an hour and a half. Been using them for over a week now and they’re both working perfectly. Super happy with it.

I didn't end up getting my phone serviced due to cost-related reasons, but I felt compelled to leave a review because they have excellent customer service. The staff were very efficient in assessing my phone, and I would likely come here in the future for repairs if needed.

Update: Still go to this shop for anything I need related to phone repairs. They have earned my loyalty through their excellent customer service and expertise. Would highly recommend.

Hands down the best repair shop in the city for personal mobile devices. AND the people to go to when the Apple store gives you an insane quote. An absolutely encyclopedic knowledge of the actual technology behind the devices, and delicate and careful working practices. It's like going to a restaurant where the chef shops for all the ingredients themself. Michelin star repair. Only place I've ever been where I wished there was a tip option but there isn't

My computer all of a sudden just wouldn't turn on. I sent in a request for quote online and Nikhil got back to me right away. He was able to check a few things over the phone and give me an estimate for what could potentially be the problem. When I brought the computer into the shop the next day, he spent a lot of time on it and was honest with the time and cost of a repair. He also shared his knowledge about the best replacement for me. His help was very valuable as I was only in Toronto for 48 hours. From being in the shop for 20 minutes, it felt like they were very honest and would stand behind any work that is done.

Everyone here is super knowledgeable and communicative! Repair took less than 24 hours for a keyboard replacement. :)
