I have been very happy with the accupuncture treatment I’ve received from Wuji Xuan and Zachary has not only been effective in addressing my concerns but is also a most attentive and kind healing practitioner.
Treatments with Zachary have been very helpful. He is a master healer. I especially value the notes given on diet restrictions/additions, acupressure points, visualizations, and exercises to further strengthen and heal areas of the body that are depleted and need clearing. I wish though, that along with this treatment there would be a specific prescription for Chinese Herbs that would in further addition help nourish areas of the body that can use fortifying. Greatly appreciated are the reasonable price options available. I highly recommend Wuji Xuan Life Wellness for TCM treatments.
Highly recommend this shop! The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of herbs. I also attend Zac's qigong group classes which is offered as a hybrid model (inperson in Toronto!). Zac is an incredible instructor. I was able to learn how to sense my Qi after one individual session with him, and its enriched my Qigong practice.
Edit: I tried Tui Na massage, and it was better than regular massage therapy. Zac helped eliminate my shoulder pain, and recommended an exercise for maintenance. He is so skilled at what he does. I will never go to an RMT again. You MUST try Tui Na
