Nelson presented us with a few options and it took us some time to ensure that we were making the right decision. He came to our house to help us figure everything out. He was patient to no end. He wasn't pushy.We had the doors installed last week and they are even better than we could have hoped for. The crew that installed was so attentive and kind. They arrived a few minutes before the doors themselves and so they went to get a coffee around the corner and even offered to get us some coffee!
