I had my very first waxing appointment today, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, Sindi made me feel incredibly comfortable, welcomed, and safe,which meant so much to me as a first-timer. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain each step in a calm and reassuring way.
Her technique was both gentle and precise, and she constantly checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the session. I have regular wax services at WAXON with Ericka and she is very dependable and thorough. I find the rest of WAXON team very pleasant and approachable. Also, I have to praise WAXON for its super clean and esthetic environment!
