I have been seeing Pina for YEARS and have come to trust and appreciate her skills 200%. WAXON Queen East would be just another basic wax bar without her. I'm so glad the company appears to believe in building relationships with their staff and clients.
Only had a bad experience here once in 2 years. But I am a client who bounces between people based on availability. I think the not so great one left and I’m sure now 100% of the girls here are great at what they do. I love coming to this location. Highly professional and always attentive.
I had a Brazilian with Pina and she was amazing!!! Very friendly and easy to talk to… I like being distracted by conversation during waxing, when some are so silent it’s awkward. And she was very thorough, got every last hair! The only criticism I have is to make the rooms a bit more comfortable and ambient. Otherwise I would come again!
