Talia was so helpful when I came in pregnant around 31 weeks with lots of pelvic pressure, pain and discomfort. Each session did truly helped me feel better. I followed her exercise recommendations and even though I am bigger (37 weeks now) I have no pelvic pain and I can walk without feeling pressure. I am so glad I found this clinic and Talia, she is amazing and I am so happy I did pelvic Physiotherapy during pregnancy, it made a huge difference in the way I feel and I also feel more prepared for labour and delivery now. I recommend this place 100%, I will for sure be back after for postpartum recovery.
Wow . Where do I start ?Best decision I have made during my pregnancy is going here for my Physio therapy massage and prenatal massages . This place gave me much more than I expected . Fully prepared me for my labor to come , thought me the right breathing , how to push in a way that my body will thank me and most importantly took my anxiety and stress of labour away . Connected me to my body in ways I can’t explain. If you are a pregnant women and looking to prepare your body and mind for labour this is the place for you . I am so happy I discovered Vital. I went to see Talia for physio after having a baby. She always made me feel super comfortable, taking the time to explain everything and educate me about pelvic floor health. I walked away from every appointment feeling energized and confident. After a couple months of regular appointments and amping up my exercises over time with Talia's guidance, I feel amazing. She helped me not only with my core and pelvic floor, but other post-partum issues including a back spasm and repetitive strain in my thumb. I am so grateful for Talia and the Vital team - thank you so much!
