I was honestly scared of chiropractors at first. But when my 2-year-old son was getting ear infections every two weeks, our only options seemed to be ear tubes or trying a pediatric chiropractor.
I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Christina and Dr. Natasha. Since starting treatment with them, my son has been considerably better and has had far fewer ear infections.

I’ve been seeing naturopath Dr. Eliana Bozikis at Urban Health Group, and she’s also been caring for my little ones (ages 3.5 and 1) as well. I’ve personally been working with her on immune support, supplementation and overall health and recovery, and I really appreciate how practical and thoughtful her approach is. We’ve also been seeing her through the winter months to help support the kids’ immune systems, and the care has been personalized every step of the way. Highly recommend - she’s wonderful with both adults and kids.
