I have been going to see Dr. Christina with chronic shoulder and back issues. Through acupuncture and adjustments I continue to have great results. Massage therapy really helped during the healing process. I have also used other excellent services offered: Chiropody and shockwave therapy with Katie and Pelvic Floor Health and Physiotherapy with Urvashi. Nice to be greeted enthusiastically at each appointment. I highly recommend Urban Health Group and all the excellent services they offer.

It took me a while to find someone in Toronto who could provide the right treatment that would be best for me. When my former massage therapist (who was truly superb!) left, I was so worried that I may not find anyone as great as her. So I couldn’t be happier and more grateful that Anat came to UHG! She is excellent! The only reason that I came out today was for my appointment with her that I even planned to cancel, but after my session with her, i suddenly felt that burst of life and renewed energy. I can feel how she patiently worked on to release the tension and untangle the knots in my body. Lol Thank you, Anat.

Not just exceptional progessionals in their field, Dr Christina and Dr Steff genuinely engage with their clients and care about them also. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for caring, knowledgeable, and customized chiropractic care from a highlyskilled amd engaging team!
