Randy from True Service Plumbing was great to work with. He replaced our leaky faucet and fixed a loose toilet that had been wobbling for way too long. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the work done without any hassle. The price was totally reasonable too. Overall, really solid experience — I’d definitely call Randy again.
I’ve always had a great experience with True Service. They are reliable, efficient, upfront with their pricing and keep the job site clean and as they found it. Would recommend for all household plumbing jobs
Couldn't be happier with True Service Plumbing. I called them to tackle a handful of miscellaneous plumbing projects around the house (removal & installation of a new toilet, replacing a seized up shut-off valve for my outdoor garden hose line and winterizing it, etc).
Raymond was responsive and accommodating in answering all of my questions over the phone and via text message, and in coordinating with me to walk through all hardware purchases to ensure compatibility on the job site.
A huge shout out to Randy, who performed all of the work on the job day, and was exceedingly competent and pleasant to interact with.
