James is really nice and very honest. He's my go to mechanic for both my cars. Very welcoming and accommodating. The shop is clean far differe from other shops that I went to. James gives a fair price. Other shops will rip you off and very pushy, but James will give you options and time to decide on what to do.
James not only explaines to you exactly what is wrong, he listens to your questions and shows you. Great place, honest quotes. This place is absolutely word for word. What is said is done, no surprises, no change of plans, bring your vehicle in when told, pick it up as planned, no extra wait time. You pay exactly what was discussed. Usually 20 percent cheaper than market or other garages, not to mention original factory parts installation.
