I don't know even where to start. Have bought over 26 vehicles in the past 20 years and never dealt with a dealership like Venus. Personally have trust issues with used car dealers, let me say most UPFRONT and HONEST people I have ever dealt with. Words can not express the service and family oriented feel Max and his team create and deliver. Have dealt with dealers from Nova Scotia to Calgary but have not ever purchased a vehicle with such ease and peace of mind from the initial phone call to signing the purchase papers. Too long didnt read: max is a great guyBought a cla45 amg from max and was a great experience. The car needed rear tires and front brakes for safety. Max let me pick out what tires i wanted for the rear and also did the brakes that needed to be done and got me a set of brake pads for the rear which didnt need to be done yet. Also the bumper had some damage on it which wasnt noticeable on pictures and i had already put the deposit down when i noticed this. Most dealers would probably say you shouldve noticed it before you put the deposit down but max said he would schedule a time for me to come in and get it repainted.
