The hairstylist is the only reason im giving more than one star - she was very nice, accommodating and did a great job on my hair. She was the only reason I left a tip.
However, the nail tech I had was harsh and and not very good. After looking at my nails closer, the polish was rushed on and not neat.
I also found a bed bug on my jacket after returning from here - not sure if it was from the salon or Uber home but BEWARE before visiting. Due to this and the nail tech, I would not return and advise people to proceed with caution.

I have definitely had better quality pedi's. Decided to try this salon because it is close to the neighbourhood I just moved into. Sadly, I don't think I will be returning. The lady who served me rushed the entire process and as a result the quality lacked severely (the salon was not busy). Every single step she took lasted 1 second, such as the foot scrub, the filing, the painting, etc. my feet are still rough and dry. In the photo you can see the streakiness of the nail polish, how unevenly coated they are, and the specs of polish around my toes. Definitely wasn't worth the money. I gave 3 stars because the workers are nice.

I know somebody who went there recently and they asked to get the gay pride colours on their nails…….but, was told by the people who work in Tracy’s nail salon to go to the gay village and get their nails done…..I think you people are totally disgusting and discriminating for what you said and have messed With persons mental health

I went in with anxiety and it was like Tracy could feel how uneasy I was and was patient and kind with my hair and my cut turned really well!

When here with my daughter to get her nail painted and my ingrown toe taken care of, She loved the paint job done, been going here since 2015, tracy’s still good as ever

I had a terrible experience at Tracey Nail and Beauty Salon. I went in for a refill and manicure, and it was painful from the start. The technician accidentally nicked me, and it stung quite badly. Once she finished, I looked at my nails and they were unevenly thick, and one nail even had a dent. She did try to fix it, but honestly, the entire experience left a bad impression. I should have gone somewhere else. Definitely the worst nail salon I’ve been to, and I do not recommend.

Never cut your hair there, I don't understand what she did with my hair? my long hair is short that ever, I have to fix it and pay more. Crying 😢
