Salon is great, super clean and cute. Nail techs are extremely talented. You pay for what you get. Love that they do a waterless manicure so it lasts much longer. For all that they deserve five stars.However I did have an issue with booking an appointment and it getting cancelled incorrectly and the owner was super rude about the situation. Her staff were the ones who responded and helped sort out the situation, she never did respond. Salon and staff are an easy five stars, the owner not so much.Services: Manicures

I'll start by saying that TIPS performed a service for me that they don't usually do - I had a really terrible experience at another salon in the city that applied gel extremely thick and uneven. I emailed over some photos and asked them if they could thin out the gel for me and fix up my manicure. Although they don't always offer this service, Naomi took me on as a client and completely transformed my nails. I'm so thankful they were able to help me out, and they've earned a forever customer because of it!Service: Manicures
