Fantastic service!
Been going to Thorncliffe dental Centre since we arrived in Canada. So that's 20 years ago! Everybody from the very friendly reception staff, to the dentist Dr. Kaplan who is so considerate and then there is Mary, who is our dental hygienist. Mary is exceptionally professional. I see her every 4 months or so for my dental cleaning and she is irreplaceable. While in getting my teeth cleaned, I get to catchup on some news and gossip. Top class people! I highly recommend them.
Dr Kaplan and the staff at Thorncliffe Dental have provided excellent service to me over the years. I'm always greeted with a warm and friendly smile and they have always treated me well and as pain free as is possible. Sharon, Leila and Nelly are wonderful to deal with at the front desk, and everyone treats me like family. Going to this dental office is a relaxing experience. Whenever I’ve needed emergency work done, I’m always taken care of in a prompt and timely manner and never left waiting. I highly recommend this dental office. Mary is one of my favorite Hygienist.
Yes, seen for tooth pain, seen the same day! Diagnosed and received referral to a specialist. Professional & Caring at all visits!
