The White Room Spa Lounge provides an exceptional experience for self-care and pampering, with kind and welcoming staff. The spa is praised for its attention to detail and excellent customer service, especially in nail and facial services. Mel and Esther are particularly appreciated for their careful work on gel manicures and pedicures, delivering neat and beautiful results. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it a favorite place for various treatments such as laser, Russian manicures, eyebrows, and lash lifts. The staff consistently make guests feel special, and many visitors consider this their go-to spot for a luxurious spa experience in Toronto.
I can’t say enough good things about The White Room — it’s truly my go-to for all things aesthetics. From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to explain everything in detail, which makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in your treatments.
I've been going to The White Room for laser hair removal and my experience and the customer service has been fantastic! I'm definitely seeing results and would strongly recommend The White Room Spa!
I always make it a priority to support and give recognition to small businesses, and today’s experience truly deserves it. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Tiffany. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was exceptional, taking the time to make sure my nails were done exactly to my liking.
Having struggled to find a nail technician who consistently meets my expectations, I can confidently say that Tiffany exceeded them. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to her craft were evident throughout the entire appointment. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend her services.
