I recently started going to the Roncy location as I followed Romana there from Queen West. It's a lovely spot and the Roncy location is VERY clean and organized. I have been getting my treatments (waxing, mani, and pedi) done with Romana for many years. She is delightful and does excellent work...and she makes me feel so comfortable. I look forward to my appt each and every time.
Melissa V. is an amazing waxer! I have always had a hard time with pain and sparse removal when waxing, so I was over the moon to have someone get my legs so smooth, so quickly and with minimal pain. She creates a comfortable atmosphere as well, and clearly puts a lot of care into her work. I will definitely be coming back to see her in the future!
My visit with Tanya was my first time ever trying waxing. Tanya was wonderful, working very quickly and meticulously while also making sure I was distracted and comfortable. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the Ten Spot for their flexibility with my booking, which not only was very last minute on a Saturday but also flexible in terms of not making me commit to a full leg service until I knew I could make it all the way through. Very happy with the end result and will be back!
