The serene atmosphere is complemented by a change room lounge that features herbal teas and healthy snacks. Guests can enjoy a relaxing escape in the steam room and sauna. The spa also includes a large indoor pool and whirlpool, making it an excellent spot for a mini spa getaway. The staff is professional, warm, and welcoming, ensuring a delightful experience from the moment one walks in. The facilities are very clean and well thought out, and the deep tissue massage therapy provided is highly praised. Overall, it is a wonderful place for relaxation and enjoyment.
The spa was nice and clean however for the price it could of been more- my massage lady was wonderful and very sweet but I felt less calm than I’d planned to be- the lounge area needs more snack selections it was just nuts, granola, dried apricots and macarons. And more drink offerings than just tea and water and prosecco. I would come back here, the pool and hot tub saved the day
This spa is quite overrated for premium prices. Firstly, the layout is strange, you have to go to another level for the co ed pool and hot tub area. The changing rooms are small with only 2 showers and 2 bathrooms, with the sauna right next to it. No lounging area inside the change room that isn’t facing where anybody is changing/getting ready. Now, the treatment waiting area is the only coed area besides the pool. THIS AREA IS SO SMALL AND TIGHT!!! It feels like a doctor’s waiting room with a view. Had an excellent massage at the spa, and there were so many amenities to enjoy before or after. We felt so welcomed and attended to by all the staff. Will definitely be back for another special occasion!
