We had TROC do extensive renovations on our new house in Toronto. Cesar and Perry did an outstanding job on our house. They were there every step of the way, were responsive, knowledgeable and caring of our situation knowing we had young kids waiting to move in. They were able to coordinate getting full central air installed from scratch, masonry work, asbestos removal, extensive plumbing, structural wall removal, basement windows replaced, new railing installed and numerous other items done all within 2 and a half months. We hired TROC to install shelves in various rooms in our house and to re-seal the bathrooms (as the silicone was coming off). There were some key attributes that I really appreciated from this company:1. Communication:Provided a clear and detailed quoteTheir timelines and arrival times were clear and communicated ahead of timeRon was always available if I had any questions2. Quality of workThe work was very well doneSurfaces were protectedThey cleaned up well after3. StaffThese were the nicest bunch of people I've ever had work for me. Everyone was really friendly and pleasant to be around.10/10 would hire again

My experience with T-ROC was awesome and I cannot say enough great things about them!T-ROC built us an aesthetically pleasing, solid outdoor front and rear wood decks for our semi-detached home in Toronto in a timely manner, with excellent service and execution throughout.
