This week, I had the best first waxing experience with Cricel at the Danforth location. She took the time to throughly explain the entire process. Cricel handled the whole experience with professionalism, care and compassion. She has a great energy and positive attitude even though I was her last client of the night. 10/10 would recommend! I’ll definitely be going back and will her request her everytime.
I’ve been to the danforth location a couple times now and service had always been great. More recently I went and unfortunately fainted (due to my pregnancy nothing to do with the service). The team could not have been more caring and accommodating bringing me cold compresses, water and ensuring I was comfortable until my partner could pick me up. 10/10 service.
I’ve been going to Sugarmoon for years for their sugaring services and had been seeing Gayani (who is SO wonderful, friendly, fast but also gentle and thorough!) and one day she told me they were starting laser services and I was curious but didn’t believe it was going to be effective or worth it. She assumed me it was “trust me !! It’s the best !!” She would say ?. Eventually I took the leap and went for it (as it’s costlier than a single sugar appointment but in the long run the laser is the more economical option) and she was totally right!
