I own and operate a general contracting firm and we recently finished a project with Studio Z and were thrilled with our experience. As builders, our success lies as much in the partnership with the architect as it does with the homeowner. While we have a lot of experience building and renovating homes and have expert knowledge in the field, there are lots of areas that we are not experts in. This is where the role of the architect comes in.
