We hired Valentin a few years ago to fix a leaky kitchen faucet pipe, to correct the installation/tubing for our dishwasher (supposedly installed correctly by Rona), and install a bathroom vanity and faucet.
It was a statutory holiday, and Valentin still responded to my text message. He showed up on time, was very professional, methodical, and we appreciated how careful he was of our home, especially since we had a major renovation years before that.
