It was my first time to get an actual and through assessment for my fitness or physical ability... The whole experience was great, the young physiotherapist Stefanos was amazing, very patient and professional with me also the young lady Jackie at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to my training classes starting tomorrow.

Melanie and her team at strive have been outstanding. They have been so helpful to me in my roller coaster journey post trauma. I am very grateful for their support. They have also provided kind caring support and therapy for my teenaged son post major knee surgery. The group at Strive are the best!!!
