Amazing experience at Park Hyatt Spa! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, the staff are professional and attentive, and every detail feels luxurious. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend!
Recently, we went for a wonderful tour of the spa. Dechen, their amazing concierge took us our our tour. She is so pleasant and welcoming. The entire concierge group , Maliah, Slava are also so outstanding!
We were so impressed with our tour that we immediately booked massages.
This will be our go to relax place!
Returned to this beautiful spa and was so impressed with Ivy and Samantha, registered massage therapists par excellence!

i had a wonderful spa day during my stay at the park hyatt. i used the sauna and steam room which were both very relaxing, and even nicer due to the availability of flavored water and cold towels. then i had two treatments. a balinese facial with daniela and a massage with ivy. i would say both experiences were exceptional. both were clearly quite knowledgeable but also i think they both really had magical hands. i don't know if this place makes people audition before getting hired or what but i thought having 2 out of 2 really be that far above expectation is very uncommon. as a little added benefit the time in the tea room is also contributing to the total experience...read full review
