I have gone multiple times for simple alterations (pant leg hem) and almost every time something is wrong with it when I pick it up - uneven pant legs, taken up too much or too little. Would not recommend
Terrible service, go somewhere else. staff are rude, or don't care for your business. I brought in my dry clean only sweaters, as well as a cardigan. charged me in pull which I paid. I got home only to find out the sweater had basically placed on a hanger, bagged and given back to me, there was still dirt on the shirt, which clearly shows it was never dry cleaned there was also black hair on my clothes.... I'm a ginger. such bull s*** lol.
Customers beware!! They lost an expensive garment and continue to take months to issue a reimbursement for it’s cost despite showing them the original receipt to validate the cost of the shirt. They do not answer the phones or provide a step by step solution on how this will be solved. Unfortunately, this is a poorly managed business. I strongly recommend going to one of the many other trusted dry cleaners available in Liberty Village.
