SpaZen was the perfect little oasis in downtown Toronto. The ambience is calm, peaceful, and inviting, tucked inside the Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan.

A special thank you to Vlada, the manager, for an exceptional foot scrub. She was professional, welcoming, and genuinely lovely to chat with. The treatment left my feet feeling refreshed and renewed, and the entire experience felt personalized and unhurried.

I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend SpaZen to anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience.

Had a facial today with Vlada and it was amazing. She was so kind and patient. She asked me some questions and made sure she catered her steps towards my needs. She made the environment so relaxing and it felt very luxurious. I even came 5 mins late to my appointment and she did not rush me at all, she took her time with everything and I truly left feeling amazing. You need to book with her!

I went to Spa Zen for a facial and honestly had such a good experience. I had my appointment with Vlada and she was super nice and easy to talk to, which made everything feel really comfortable right away.

The facial itself was really relaxing and my skin felt so clean and fresh after. You can tell she actually cares and takes her time, not just rushing through it.

I’d definitely go back and would recommend her for sure.👍👍👍
