We just finished working with South Park for the second time and had an equally excellent experience. We tackled a wide range of improvements to our house over a 6 month period. We hired South Park for what ended up being a gut-job of a 100+-year-old triplex. We had worked with an architect and had drawings in hand before hiring SP. Almost immediately, we knew we had made the right choice: SP looked at the drawings and offered extremely valuable feedback, ultimately making the layout more practical and functional.
The demolition revealed a parade of horribles: from asbestos to cut joists to a poorly constructed addition from previous owners. While these issues were challenging to deal with, we always felt like we were in good hands with SP and that we were given the information we needed to make decisions.
