I've been seeing Sarah for almost 8 years now. I can't imagine anyone else working on my face. I always say that she's an artist with her needle. I've also been seeing Sarah and Dr. T for my hormones. I've now been taking bioidentical hormones for 2 1/2 years. Because of this, I've been able to transition from peri-menopause to menopause without any ill effects. My libido, memory, and mind are healthy because of it and no night sweats or sleep deprevation. I absolutely LOVE this place for so many reasons. I walked into Solo Clinica with multiple issues, and if it wasn't for the teamwork between Sara, Diana and Dr. T, I would not be the person I am today. Because of Solo Clinica I learned so much about my PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome). Sara introduced different lifestyle changes in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle while having PCOS. Along with this change, Sara was determined to figure out exactly what I needed to control this aspect of my life. I walked into Solo Clinica at a heavier weight and Sara was determined to get me to my goal weight with the help of the HCG diet. While on the diet, she encouraged me and consoled me that anything is possible. Most importantly, I walked into Solo Clinica with the biggest insecurity of my life, since I was 13 years old: my cystic acne. I never trust most people when it comes to opening up about this issue, but Sara has always been very approachable and caring and understanding when it comes to my acne concerns. Here I am almost a year later, my PCOS is controlled, I am 30 lbs lighter and my acne is almost gone! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I met Sara 3 years ago for Bioientical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). At 67, with BHRT, I feel like a woman in her 30s with boundless energy. I am no longer sleep deprived & feel great!
