I've tried many studios through ClassPass, and this one is by far the best. The instructors are the most professional I've come across, the classes are exceptionally well-structured, and the overall atmosphere feels very professional. Everything is organized thoughtfully, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of the experience. I feel great after my massage with Heather. I thought I was hurt in my lower back but she clarified what part of my body was actually hurting and focused on the area to give me relief. Heather has a very calming personality which helps being fully relaxed during the massage. Will definitely book again!
Today was my first time at Slow Medicine -what a beautiful, warm and inviting space. I had an RMT appointment with Peter, and this was by far one of the best treatments I've received. I am seven months post total hip replacement. After having lived with a problematic hip joint for years, surrounding muscles and tissues have compensated resulting in chronic tension. I walked out feeling relief! I am definitely going back! Peter was kind and attentive, checked-in when he applied more pressure, and clearly knew what he was doing! Thank you!
