I bought my laptop from Simmply Macs years ago, so when I bit on a scam I went to them. They cleared the scammers' stuff out of my computer right away, and didn't even charge me!
A tip: If someone spends hours with you on the phone, and asks for access to your computer, to give you money, they don't want to give you money! They want to get into your bank accounts!!!

I only have good things to say about my experiences at Simply Macs. They repaired my MacBook Pro quickly, informatively and at an extremely reasonable price. In my experience, they do the opposite of upselling, and have provided great tips on extending the useful life of my apple products. I highly recommend this place.

I came here after spilling water on my Macbook Air, and they were so helpful! They immediately took my Mac into the back to open it up and dry out any water. Since they didn't see anything that fixing at the time, it was considered a consolation, and so they didn't even charge me anything.
The staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about.
