Every member of staff I’ve spoken to has been incredibly kind, informative and understanding. My cats have been here for a few appointments now, and I’ll continue to come back.

Razzle and Tic Tac are definitely the types to be a bit difficult when transporting them or taking them to an appointment, but the office always makes the process as smooth as possible for everyone!

I've been receiving vet services for my pets for over 12 years from Sherbourne Animal Hospital. Recently my 11 yo husky Echo has been examined for his diagnosis of cancer. Dr. Kelsick was thorough and listened to my concerns about moving forward with Echo's care. Thank you so much!

Thank you. I am very encouraged by the Reception Staff in being transparent to the financial costs involved in maintaining Colette’s ongoing health and welfare.
The Vet and Assistants are very friendly and show a caring attitude to make Colette feel comfortable and safe during examination and administering the vaccines.

I changed 4 vets before finding Sherbourne animal and I’ve been taking my 2 dogs to them for almost 2 years now. And I genuinely have only positive things to say. From their receptionists (shoutout Katie!) to their vet assistants and of course their doctors (shoutout Dr. Kelsick and Dr. Robson!) they are all so very sweet, friendly, helpful and understanding. This place is one of those rare finds where nobody makes you feel like you are failing your pet, on the contrary I always leave feeling better than I arrived. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing professional caring help by Kate, who went out of her way to help me save pigeon !
I was trying to remove thin threads that was trapping Pigeons legs, I did my best for a couple hours, and I could not remove completely, because was deep into his skin. I ran out of options and decided to take it to Sherbourne Animal Hospital and ask for help.
When I enter with pigeon Kate ask me to step out immediately because pigeons may carry any flu or disease.
She stepped out right after me trying to inform me where should I take wild animal like a pigeon?
Kate noticed thin threads deep into Pigeons feet, she felt sorry and she told me to wait outside and she went for gloves, scissors, and whatever she needed to proceed with help.
Kate did an amazing rescue job , with full of care and patient. And give that little pigeon second chance of free life.

I have been taking my cats to this clinic for almost a decade and have always received good service and the vets are great. But please be aware of the extremely high costs at this clinic that often wants to do unnecessary and very expensive tests. I see that is is frequently complained about in other reviews, so I am not alone. Today we took our cat to SAH for a known tooth problem. After a mere 30 mins we were presented with a $650 bill! We were 1) not informed upfront of costs and 2) were not provided with any alternative options. I find it hard to believe that a blood/urine test can cost up to $400 for an otherwise very healthy cat. And this does not yet include any expenses for actually dealing with the dental issue. Again, this is a great clinic but I feel the cost is prohibitively expensive and is making me wonder of they have my best interests at heart.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! My cat is very anxious at the vet, but staff were so wonderful and Dr. Robson was especially great with him.

We had such a great experience with our cat at Sherbourne Animal Hospital. It felt like a really personalised experience and everyone we met was so friendly and so good with our cat. The vet assistant Darah was great at explaining everything and was really patient and sweet with Jimmy. Dr Robson was amazing, Jimmy warmed up to him immediately and he talked through everything he was doing so we knew what was going on. Highly recommend!!
