I found this place looking for massage places in my area. I saw Krista and she was/is amazing! She was gentle but very firm if that makes sense ? I had a work related injury that leads to occasional severe shoulder pain especially on the left side. Krista was very well informed on my incurable medical conditions that I have that technically make my shoulder pain and ex injury flare up time to time. She gave me tips and asked questions so she could assist me better. My left shoulder was so painful! After I left my shoulder was very relieved. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage from Bernardo today - he is such a sweetheart and really got all of my knots out! The woman at the front desk was so lovely and even gave me a little bag with Epsom salts in it after my appointment because it was my first time going there! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back :)

I've been going here for massages for about 15 years - I used to live in the neighbourhood and just stumbled upon it. I've seen so many different RMTs here - I always get attached to one, and then if their schedule doesn't work with mine I end up booking with someone else and being uncertain and they are always amazing. Basically I always leave being like "that person is the best!" about every person LOL! Different RMTs there have different styles in terms of pressure, music, vibe, the whole thing but they are all super amenable to what works for you of course.
