I had such a positive experience thanks to Nush! She took the time to understand my preferences and walked me through different options without rushing me. I ended up finding products I absolutely love. Super friendly and professional—would definitely come back!
I had such a great experience yesterday thanks to an associate named Zee. She helped me get perfectly shade matched using a device that made the whole process super precise and easy. She also helped out my husband as well with his skincare. She even sent me a full list of all the products in my exact shade, which I really appreciated. You can tell she really knows her product knowledge and takes pride in what she does. On top of that, her makeup was absolutely beautiful she truly practices what she recommends. Overall, such a smooth and enjoyable experience!
Always jam packed and hard to move around. Despite that it's sometimes hard to find help from staff when they're fully staffed. Multiple missing samples so I was not able to try some things I wanted to get.
Also, half of them are just downright fake or rude. Not happy with their jobs. Still leaving a 3-star as there was a couple friendly ladies who helped me out.
