Half my power went dead during the winter storm. Toronto Hydro advised that it was the conduit line from the meter to my breaker box. Called Matt, and he was super knowledgeable with how to approach this issue. Matt was very punctual and responsive. He knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently. He dealt with Toronto Hydro on my behalf to get the power disconnected and reconnected. Overall a very positive experience and excellent service!
