I LOVE RED LABEL!! Carole is my stylist. I've been seeing her for years, and have always been delighted with my cuts from her. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon.
And, to add to that previous review, I was unlucky enough to get stitches right in the middle of my forehead, where everyone can see them, (of course) and asked Carole if she could work her magic and cover them up somehow. She now gives me a cut that EVERY TIME has a little curl that completely covers them. I even have people saying that they like that curl, never knowing what it covers. THANK YOU CAROLE!

I love this salon. It was my first time going over the weekend, i had to switch hairdressers because mine retired. I am a super anxious/neurotic person when it comes to my hair but Dimitri and charlotte made my experience so pleasant, easy and relaxing. Charlotte was the receptionist I initially interacted with, while Dimitri did the colouring of my hair and matched my desired colour to a T. It’s just very evident that they both genuinely care and want their clients to be happy. I couldn’t recommend this salon more. Not to mention it’s very clean and organized. I’ll be back regularly.

I’ve been coming to Red Label for years, and have always had a good experience, so when my nearly-4-year-old daughter decided she wanted her first ever haircut, I thought I’d treat her to a proper wash, cut and blow dry. It was absolutely the right move. My daughter was a little nervous on the way to the salon, but Cassandra was amazing with her from the moment we walked in, continuously checking in to make sure she was comfortable and enjoying herself. The haircut looks great, and my daughter is already asking when she can go back. Thanks Cassandra!

I haven't had bangs since I was 8 years old! But I wanted to try something new and Timm is amazing and made me look phenomenal. He's magic!

I had such a great experience with Olga who coloured my hair today. She was personable and kind. The receptionist who also shampooed my hair was also great. I love this salon and this would be my third time there. Always amazing service right down to the cup of coffee while waiting for my colour to set. Thanks staff for an amazing experience!

I specifically chose this salon because they carry Aveda. Aveda does not test on animals 🐰 By chance, colour technician, Dorothy was available. She is an artist with a colour brush. Her technique is incredible for Balayage. My hair is beyond perfect AND the price is very reasonable. They certainly got a loyal client as a result. I hope RedLabel are aware of how lucky they are to have Dorothy on their team.

I went for a bang trim today, just walk in, and Bella helped me. She did a meticulous trim. I went into the library after, and a woman came right up to me and said "Nice haircut!" As I said, I just had a bang trim, and it was that nice. So I will definitely book my next cut with Bella. Thanks Bella :)

I got my hair cut here earlier in the year and I was hoping to have a new place to get cut regularly.

The hairdresser was to cut my straight bangs and cut long layers - it did not seem like something that could have been difficult. Unfortunately, my bangs were cut and I was told I had to “train them” at home myself so they would stay together because they were NOT staying together when she finished the cut. I have never had bangs cut where they didn’t look like bangs when they were styled by the hairdresser. I do understand that bangs need to be trained after a cut to maintain their shape, however, the hairdresser I had cut my bangs and did not even style them to stay in the middle - so it looked very weird when I left.

Additionally, I asked for long layers and I felt after my cut that my hair was still very heavy and the layers were almost unnoticeable. The hairdresser cut the layers closest to my head SO short that I can’t even put my hair up in a pony tail because to this day, many months later, the layers are SO short (about 3-5 inches long).

It looks horrible when I put my hair up and even when it is down, it just looks heavy and the layers are unnoticeable. The only way my hair would look half decent is if I had a blowout to hide all the weird parts about the cut.

This is a nice place and the other hairdressers are probably good, but I would not go here again or recommend it in case someone gets the same hairdresser I got.

Vince is the best hairdresser I've ever had. He listens, he understands what your asking,and he delivers! I found my forever hairdresser Amen!
