I came in as a “model” (which they advertise as 50% off, though it honestly feels more like a marketing tactic to bring in clients) to get my colour done with Kyle. Since I wanted to transition from highlights to a more all-over blonde, I booked a consultation ahead of time to make sure what I wanted was realistic. The consultation went really well - I felt like we were completely on the same page.

Unfortunately, the actual appointment didn’t reflect that. Kyle referenced a darker colour than what we had discussed, and I had to push back quite a bit to get closer to the lighter shade I wanted. He only agreed after I mentioned that if I wasn’t happy, I’d expect a toner adjustment.

I also had some vivid strands done, but they faded literally the next day! At no point was I told that this would happen or that the colour would be so temporary. That was really disappointing.

On top of that, I had clearly communicated multiple times that I was on a time constraint (it was my birthday) and needed to be done by 7pm, which he confirmed was doable. I also emphasized that I was on a budget, which is why I booked as a model in the first place. Despite that, the appointment ran over both in time and cost, and none of this was communicated or checked in with me beforehand.

Also, no photos or videos were taken during or after the appointment, which made the “model” aspect of the service a bit unclear.

I left feeling really disappointed. I did raise these concerns, but they weren’t meaningfully addressed. The salon’s response was also quite dismissive - just “no refunds” for modelling services, with no real acknowledgment of any of the issues.

Overall, the lack of communication, transparency and accountability made this a very frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t recommend it.

I came here feeling really defeated about my hair, dealing with health issues and post partum hair loss. I was paired with Kyle, who really listened to where I was at. I shared some inspiration photos and he took the time to ask what about each cut I liked to really pinpoint what I wanted and what would work for me. He gave me a cut that made me look like I had more hair ever and I love it so much. Cannot recommend enough!!

Today I had an appointment for a haircut with Catherine and let me tell y’all this is the place to go my hair came out so perfect I love it!! They’re also very sweet it was very much relaxing experience. I am a very picky person and sceptical on where and who I let touch my hair but she did not disappoint!! Thank you so much Catherine and staff!! Will be back! :)

I booked a treatment and cut with an apprentice at this salon. My first visit.

Nataliya, my stylist, was warm, skilled, and did a wonderful job listening to my needs and giving me a fantastic, clean cut.

I had such a great experience at this salon! I went in to get red highlights, and the results were even better than I imagined. Kyle did my hair and absolutely nailed it — the color is vibrant, blended perfectly, and really suits my style. He was super attentive, took the time to understand what I wanted, and made sure everything was done with care.

The whole salon had a welcoming and professional vibe, and I left feeling so happy with my hair. If you're thinking about getting color done, I highly recommend asking for Kyle. He truly did an amazing job!
