I have been going to Caitlin for monthly facials for over ten years at pure and simple. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, well experienced esthetician. When I first started getting facials with her, I had very problematic, acne prone skin and she was immediately able to get me on a good path with my skin. Caitlin has an amazing personality and immediately makes you feel at ease. She is so knowledgeable in skin care, that I’m constantly learning about new ways to treat my skin better outside of my treatments with her. My experience going to this spa the past few years has always been extremely positive.

I came here for a facial, and had booked by email. Melinda was so helpful in helping me find the best facial for what I needed and even noticed that it was my birthday! Her customer service skills were excellent and the facial itself was also very relaxing. Would go back just based off this!

First time at this spa, Pure and Simple. It is a wonderful and relaxing experience, and I really enjoyed my facial with Meghan, who is an esthetichian at this location. She was very helpful and recommended products for my face a serum and some Aloe cream and I bought the products because they made my face look healthy and glow and it made me face look fresh and very amazing too. So thank you to Meghan there. It was great ? ? and I will recommend my friends and family and co-workers to come to this place. Thank you for this wonderful experience ❤️ ? ? ?.
