I love coming here to get my nails done. Lilly is amazing and always catches things before I mention it. I come in with an idea and she makes it happen. Thank you!

I have tried a few nail salons in the Yonge and Eg area and Pinky’s is by far the best. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. My bio gel manicures always turn out perfectly. The staff’s attention to detail is amazing!

Tina is amazing! This is the best nail place in the city. Calm, relaxing and very professional. Very sweet people that take care of you. Great shoulder massage at the end while your fingers and toes are drying - nice extra touch.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The treatment was not the best, and the service did not meet expectations either. After the procedure, I developed an infection and one of my fingers was affected, which is unacceptable for this type of service. I expected higher hygiene standards and better client care. I would not recommend this place.

After being their customer for four years, today, I experienced a very unprofessional behavior in the salon from Linh. I was booked for a manicure and pedicure with her confirmation/reassurance that she has time available. When I went in, I also asked whether she can do art nail, and she confirmed which technically means she has calculated the time and her margin of error. She did mess up the art nail, and did a very lousy job in cuticle removal when I asked her to correct them politely, she became very guarded and unprofessional and treated me like I’m wasting her time and postponing her next customer. Then she left my hands incomplete and asked me to move to the pedicure seat unattended she didn’t even care that I couldn’t bring my belongings with me so I had to ask for her help. Then again she mentioned that she has a customer after me and has to rush into the pedicure, although she only corrected one nail, not all my hand. Then I asked her you couldn’t do the job properly and i asked politely so you had to have the margin of error when you book your customers, why are you rushing me? It’s not my problem all of a sudden another very rude customer intervened, I have to say that she only joined when I sat on the pedicure seat so technically she miss the whole story but was rude enough to interfere and comment on my words. The staff for silent, which technically should have been honest and fair and also Tina the manager they didn’t do a thing to ask the other customer to mind her own business and also see why I am unhappy and why her staff is very rude. I believe this business needs to remind themselves of customers rights and in this case, I was completely right if I wanna be fair. She messed up my nail polish she had to correct it and it’s not my problem if she has booked people back to back without being fully trained or skilled for what she charges us. For the very first time,I left there right after she finished my toenails without any pedicure or hot towel or a massage, although she charged me for all, with zero tip, and that was the last time ever I went there. At the end of the day it is their loss to lose a loyal customer of four year customer.

This is my staple place for 3.5 years of living here and recently I’ve had to change to somebody else because their service is pathetic. They don’t put the heart in it. They don’t put the mind in it. Today I had a shellac manicure booked the girl I don’t remember her name exactly I think it was Alissa, seemed in such a hurry although I came on time she was in a hurry to scratch off my old shellac and in a hurry to start work, her nail polish application was terrible. It looks like a job that’s half done. She didn’t file my nails properly there’s so many parts where the nail polish isn’t there there should’ve been one more coat and I requested her too, but she said it looked fine. When I asked her for some water she rudely said I will do it after I’m done doing something for you which I understand. I didn’t ask for it at that very moment. Sadly, this will no longer be my to go nails place anymore. They used to be so thorough so good and when I told her that she needs to push back my cuticles and cut them. She was like I’ve already done it. Horrible you just lost a very loyal customer!

I’ve given this salon two chances, and both times the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
On my first visit, I asked for a combination of colors on my toes at the start of my pedicure. Halfway through, the manager (a brunette woman with glasses) told the technician it would cost $5 extra. This was never mentioned beforehand. When I pointed that out, she brushed it off and said I didn’t need to pay the $5 — but honestly, charging extra for something so small, and only mentioning it in the middle of the service, makes no sense.
On my second visit, I requested a French Manicure . I was told the technician couldn’t do French, which is shocking because it’s one of the most basic nail services. The manager told me I should have specified that in advance when booking online — but how is a client supposed to guess which technician can or cannot perform a very standard service? Then, when I quickly had to choose another option, I picked a color from their sample book. All colors were in the same book with no labels or categories, yet suddenly I was told the shade I chose was a “chrome” color and would cost $20 more. Once again, I had to change my choice because of hidden upcharges.
Overall, it feels like the manager’s main focus is not customer service but squeezing out extra fees wherever possible. She was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire experience stressful instead of relaxing.
I will not be returning. If you value honesty, respect, and clear pricing, I do not recommend this salon.

I was advised that when getting a pedicure, a design has to be a separate appointment. I've never in all my years of pedicures (30 years+) heard of such a thing. Annoying! It's very annoying!
