545 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto
Global Health Physiotherapy Clinic Physical Therapists

“I highly recommend this place to recover from your injury. If you think the five-star reviews are fake or just marketing, they are not. The team truly helps you regain your physical ability. I had an accident that broke my right leg, and I couldn’t walk for almost five months. Although my doctor said I was recovering quickly and would soon be able to walk, I was still afraid to walk and return to normal life. However, Binal, Parisa, and Michael helped me gain the confidence to exercise again. They not only improved the condition of my right leg but also supported me mentally by encouraging me during every exercise session. Just trust them, communicate your feelings or worries, and follow their instructions. You will see your movement improve. If you are worried about communicating in another language, they can help you with that as well. Miss you all!“

Dr. Lawand goes out of his way to determine the root cause of any issues, always remembers the details I share, and consistently brings in the latest research to guide his treatment.

“I have been seeing Tazim at the Fairlawn Physiotherapy for all my physio needs for the last few years and she has always helped me. I never tried massage here having someone I see for massages regularly elsewhere. This time, for upper back and shoulder injury, I decided to see Cory for a massage as a complement to my physio sessions with Tazim. I would never go to anyone else if I need massage therapy again. Cory identified trigger points which I didn't even know existed and which are linked to the pain I experience in my upper back. This is not a "feel good massage". This is a modality of health care like I have not experienced before. Cory's massage has long lasting effect. It actually releases pain. If you need massage therapy for more than relaxation, for actual health care, I would definitely recommend Cory at the Fairlawn Physiotherapy.“

“I've seen so many providers for chronic whiplash/concussion and Heather Imrie has been the best by far for issues stemming from the neck. With her guidance, I've gone from struggling with daily pain, dizziness, and so many other symptoms to working in an office, jogging regularly, going on weekend hikes and more. Her breadth of knowledge and passion for her craft is really incredible. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to succeed. Everything you could ask for in a healthcare provider“

“Dry Needling is a more effective physio treatment for chronic pain than I've ever experienced - and at the hand of Shawn many of my long-standing issues have been resolved. The fact that Shawn makes house calls at a price competitive with other physios or massage therapists is just the icing on the cake! Would highly recommend reaching out to Shawn on the phone and trying a few sessions to experience this unique and effective treatment for yourself.“

“I had the pleasure of working with Gabriela at Vital Physiotherapy, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Gabriela took the time to listen to all of my concerns and created a personalized plan that addressed my specific needs. Their expertise in pelvic floor health is exceptional, and they made me feel comfortable and supported throughout each session.

Not only did I experience significant improvement in my symptoms, but I also learned so much about my body and how to maintain optimal pelvic health moving forward. Gabriela is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate – they truly care about their patients' well-being.

If you’re considering pelvic floor physiotherapy, I highly recommend going to Vital Physiotherapy. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my post partum health!“

“Had dislocated my elbow this summer and had to go through physiotherapy to recover and have my elbow back to normal which couldn’t have been a better process than I had at this center! Reza was a tremendous help in making it a swift recovery and the rest of the staff were very helpful throughout my recovery. Felt like every patient got all the care they needed and I imagine this center will be seeing me again in the future whenever I do end up doing something as stupid as dislocating my elbow lol. “I went to see Dr. Wong today with a burning pain in my elbow and a limp due to a left knee injury. After her assessment, needling and soft tissue treatments, my elbow pain went from an 8 to a 2 and I actually was able to walk at a decent pace back home. It sounds a little miraculous, but it sped up my injury recovery in big leaps and bounds. Dr. Wong is now a huge part of my athletic future as I head into my 60's.“
