I have been going to this particular Pet Valu since I moved into the area over 7 years ago. Throughout these years, I have experienced different levels of customer service from various managers and staff. Since Claire became the manager at this location, I have enjoyed consistently high quality customer service, shopping guidance and helpful information from her and her team. The current staff truly operates as a solid team. The atmosphere they create is always welcoming, respectful and friendly. A few weeks ago I walked in with my dog to find something for her teeth as she has a lot of build up. One of the two wonderful ladies working there recommended a product which was awesome! Also their customer service was perfect. Truly a great experience over all.

LOVE this pet valu!!! Whenever I come in I am always greeted politely, my pup is welcome as well! The manager here is fantastic, if I ever needed anything (even out of stock) she always refers to something similar or to another location. Overall great service.
