A good experience here at this location. Well stocked with a variety of items for all different kinds of animals. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. We were able to find what we were looking for and be in and out quick time!
I want to be very clear that I’m only giving this location 5 stars because of their star employee, CHARU. I was there a few days ago and bought a bag of dog food. The male cashier asked for my phone number but didn’t actually add the purchase to my account. I knew it was my 12th bag, so it was important that it was entered correctly so I could claim my free one.
I went back and a woman told me she fixed it, but it still showed 11 bags. She said “it takes a while to process.” Three days later, nothing had changed.

Pet Valu has been incredible. The staff helped me with everything I needed for my new rescue dog, Hannah, and they were just as supportive years ago when I shopped here for my late dog, Brooklyn. They’re always knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. Great selection of treats and supplies. This location has consistently been amazing.
